Hey CrazeeNYDriver, love this video. You're to the point and correct. Had only one bad seller who did not send the item but took my payment, took over a month to resolve. Ebay finally refunded part of my payment and closed the account since he did this to a few bidders. Turns out it he was using his bosses account on his off times.

You're lucky not to be suspended if you sold 5 items in one transaction and the buyer was unhappy. Even if the buyer paid for the 5 items together then they could leave low stars for all 5 items and every one would count. You would think they would only count as 1 star, but no, if one more person leaves a low star they count as 5 plus the 1 that the other person left. You would need 600 good stars in the period to not be suspended. 1 asshole buyer out of 100's is all it takes.

first time seller on ebay. wish i had known better about the invoice thing...way to stab me in the back ebay. I dont understand why they dont just take the charges out as soon as the purchase clears...it would be alot easier to track your payments to ebay.

I used to buy on ebay all the time but within the last year or so, sellers just haven't been as good. Y buy $200-$300 a month on sewing supplies. Maybe 10% is on ebay now instead of 75%. I also have been seeing more "new" items that are actually used. The funny thing is, the Hong Kong sellers actually get my items to me faster than US sellers.

Combine shipping expenses?? that's pathetic! the seller still has to pay for BOTH shippings even if the items are in the same box! the seller pays for the WEIGHT of each item...

Email the guy and say I was double charged for two items which you sent in one box. I would appreciate a refund for half. Let the seller know about how bad the items were. If nothing, then neg this tool. Comment about no double ship, bad product, and no contact from seller.

last comment: I sell mainly on amazon now and through my wife's account i help and list for her on ebay basically all our junk or the stuff i find at yard sales..on amazon though I recently got a neg. And if i get a neg i don't like it all but especially when the SELLER FORGETS TO READ THE DESCRIPTION WHERE IT SAYS "*IS DISCOUNTED DUE TO SCRATCHES AND MINOR IMPERFECTIONS* THEN THEY BLAME ME SAYING IT DOES NOT LOOK NEW BECAUSE IT HAS SOME SCRATCHES! LOL and there is nothing i can do to remove it

my main point is a biblical one. THE ONE AND ONLY GOD ALMIGHTY only requires a tithe which is 10% from the fruit of our labor so why should any other company ever charge a fee of more than 10% like ebay it's called organized crime! Ha ha. people can't do anything about it though because this is their only income! i wish there was at least 10 major sites with lower prices or freethat would get as much traffic on ebay or amazon
