@FriendlyAmet Iraq is not the most fertile area in the world. Areas in the Mississippi and Nile deltas are far more fertile. True PARTS of Iraq lay within the fertile cresant, but not ALL or even MOST. The large portion of Iraq is arid, and semi arid deserts which equal NOT FERTILE... Durrrrr

Before the invasion in 2002, Iraq had both the best schools and hospitals in the ENTIRE Arab world.
