It's to know I'm not the only one that carries an emergency preparedness kit. BTW, I have digestive problems too. I was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I find that eating apples help me a lot with digestion.

I've actually been carrying around a very similar "emergency kit" for the last 5 years & It has come in handy many times! I live in a big city in which I am often 30 min to an hour away from home..so it is nice to have some essentials on hand. I don't have a hair brush or a pair of underwear in my bag, but I would like to buy a hairbrush like that. Some things I carry that you didn't have: allergy medicine, kleenex, & sunglass cleaner.
