Watch Bo Lykkegaard from IDC present findings from the 'CRM Trends' report, that was conducted in partnership with independent analyst firm IDC and Oracle.

The survey showed that

- 75% of organisations are looking to combine both on demand and on premise CRM solutions so they can utilise the solution that best meet the needs of different processes such as on demand for inputing data and on premise for analysing data.

- European organisations have a positive yet pragmatic approach to cloud-based CRM, with 20% of respondents having aggressive plans to move all CRM applications into the cloud to allow users to benefit from better sales productivity, improved planning and smarter sales prospecting

- Making the most of each customer interaction is a major focus, with more than a third of organisations looking to empower sales, marketing and service employees with the tools to make real-time offers and take real-time decisions

- Based on interviews with 306 customer-facing executives, CIOs and CEOs in midsize and large organisations across Western Europe, the report explores where organisations are focusing their CRM efforts, and where their priorities lie in the coming years.
