  • This is the best La notte!!!

  • Yes, I like the flute "la notte" too, but the bassoon one I like a little bit more. Not sure why really.

  • My dad is a one of Sonatori d la gioiosa marca:the first violin

  • Ha, that's really cool! Shows how international classical music really is.

  • The soloist is very sensitive and eloquent, but doesn't completely outshine the orchestra. In many ways, the perfect confluence. I love it.

  • what's the artwork?

  • I've known this concerto for years, and it sounds good here, so thank you!

  • I AWARD THIS 3 1/2 LANCRETS...as the soloist has a lot of nice intuitive moments. But also the ensemble has a lovely lively and lyrical approach to the piece,(perhaps best encapsulated by their use of quick accelerandi). The way the soloist and the ensemble interact also is something of expressive interest. Most of this piece unwinds in a timelessly focused way, which has a beautiful dramatic effect.
