I have the trx and it def works. I was trained with it by a professional trainer at the gym and once you do the exercise the correct way you will def see results. of course with a good healthy diet and running before and after each trx work out.

If you travel, if you want field fitness, not beach muscles, this fucker works. Cheaper than a gym membership, a hell of a lot more portable.

i built one for about twenty bucks worth of climbing webbing, some prussick knots, two five inch pieces of pvc, and 2 bowline knots, they want 185$ for a piece of webbing, the workout is freaking awesome though, (the door anchor on mine is a knot)
