  • The 7 series that I'd like to see a revival of:

    - Streets of Rage

    - The Ninja Warriors

    - Pilotwings

    - Kinetica

    - Blood

    - Sunset Riders

    - Wild Guns

  • Amen to the Sunset Riders. Preach on brotha!

  • I have a few actually.

I would like to see a new Metal slug and a brand spanking new dragon spirit.can you imagine those being revamped that would be so awsome, maybe even Do Don Pachi. You didnt say no no to imports. :D

And last but not least a brand new Demons crest, made for SNES and was an awsome side scroller and there was another one called gargoyles quest for nes which was the first one.

  • Dragon Spirit = YES. Demon's Crest = YES YES. Though Do Don Pachi has had a few sequels already. The first was a direct sequel to Do Don Pachi named Bee Storm: DoDonPachi 2. Sadly is wasn't made by Cave and isn't up to par with the original. More recently Cave developed the fourth title, DoDonPachi Dai Ou Jou on the import PS2, and then a Black label version on the import 360.

    Great list.

  • Shining Force. Seriously, Camelot, get on this. Shining Force is not only the game that got me into video games, but it's a damned good game to boot. Golden Sun is also amazing (and I am so psyched for Golden Sun DS), but Shining Force is so much better IMHO. It was one of the iconic strategy RPGs, and a Shining Force IV would be much appreciated. Even the sequel is fantastic (never played III or CD), and it's sad that it died after III...Bring it back Sega/Camelot! Only you guys can do it!

  • Sly Cooper! It's quiet a fun retro like platformer with 3 games on the PS2 and I thought it would be cool to see it make a comeback on the PS3 with a more fluid 2D look. Kinda like Blueblaze, but a more Saterday morning cartoon look and looks like the cutsecens in the PS2 titles.

  • I want to see a revival of Donkey Kong Country, those games just got better and better and it all stopped after 64!

  • I would love to see a revival of Tomba.

  • I think Capcom would do well to release another entry in the Cyberbots/Tech Romancer series. Every part and parcel of those games was dripping with references, homages, and parodies to all the popular giant robot series, from Gundam to Mechwarrior. The fighting was pretty good too!

I think, now that 11 years have passed, there's a lot of new ground they could cover in a new entry. And, gaming has grown to a point where it might even do OK in sales. Maybe even a DLC entry, to test the waters.

  • Now that you mention Sunset Riders. Hell yeah we need a new one!!!

  • OVERBOARD!!! COOKIES FOR ANYONE WHO REMEMBERED THAT! You americans might know it as Shipwreckers. It would be awesome as a Wiiware, PSN, XBLA title. There are a whole lot of things that could have been improved.

Still it's one of my favorite games of all time.

  • One game that really needs a follow up is Demon's Crest for theSNES, that game was just amazing, though technically it would be a new entry on the Gargoyle's Quest saga, but if Capcom decides to allow it happen it will be the shit, as Ghouls & Ghosts is part of the same universe, with a little thinking it would be an awesome game.

  • Metal Slug 7 came out for the ds about this time last year

  • conker's bad fur day 2 on 360
