Icemanfred has done it by simply placing a black cloth over the tv.
It looks better if you use pepper's ghost and actually reflect the image from the tv using plate/plexi glass. Place a glass ball or fish bowl behind the plexi/plate glass with the image being reflected on it and it actually looks like the head is in the ball/bowl.
