He admitted point-blank that he wants a NORTH AMERICAN UNION based on the EEC-EU system. As for HARPER, he's implementing vertical integration of Canada into the USA and Mexico under the SPP, on the pretext of 911 "terrorist" attacks; with NO PROOF THAT 911 was NOT an inside job, which there is plenty to prove it IS. The SPP is the EEC-EU system for North America.

Levesque's PQ was trying to impose it in the 1980 referendum as the "alternative" to secession; Bourassa tried to impose it in 1991-92 through the Charlottetown Accord on which this "Liberal" tried to force a Yes by threatening SECESSION - he even passed a VOID "law" to call a referendum to "secede". There is legally no such thing as federal "ISM" versus separat "ISM". Federal- "ISM" isn't an issue. Decades ago, it was decided to form a world government; this necessarily requires the termination of the nation-state.
