The guy in the red kit in front of the camera caused the crashed by overlapping wheels. Granted the guy in front didn't hold his line to well, but overlapping wheels is universally stupid and this shows exactly why.

No, I don't know and don't really want to know, and I would hate to see any one person blamed for the crash. I can look at the video and point out several lapses or mistakes by a number of riders -- some of whom escaped, others who didn't -- that contributed to the crash. And yet nobody, I'm sure, set out to cause a crash.
I hope your foot mends quickly. I got a broken collarbone, shoulder blade, several ribs, collapsed lung and hemothorax. Hardly a scratch on the bike, though. :-)
