  • Oh man-- I cant watch you kill your shots like that!! They only last 10 seconds! Put it on ice, in sugar or in milk RIGHT away to maintain flavor!!

  • Did his drink taste good? Did it give him caffeine and an enjoyable experience? Probably.... So he didn't kill his shots, he made a delicious drink.

  • @TheWahbal I know I'm a genius, because I can properly use a comma in a sentence, genius.

  • @mandermcbutterpants He's making a video genius! This is a demonstration of how to do it with this Via Venezia and that's it...

  • @hercmatt86 steaming then brewing has two negatives. 1. The milk settles and separates - you reverse the whole point of creating microfoam which should be incorporated into the milk giving a silky texture. Sure if you brew first it'll sit for a while and lose a bit of the crema - but on a shit machine like that, the coffee's not that good anyway + the crema doesnt effect flavour. 2. On a single boiler you have to refill the boiler between steaming and brewing or the element burns out.

  • I agree. The milk settles then and you can get better foam. But, the shots are still alright..

  • no he did kill his shots... it could have been much better, steam the milk then pull the shots
