Superb movie. Youtube is wonderful for this form of thing.My friend was previously bullied. He said he was intending to get bigger muscle mass. I did not believe him. Til all of a sudden he packed on 40 pounds of natural lean muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). He does not get bullied anymore. :)
