Stop fucking all over the place, gain some reason, express a basic desire to maintain hygiene, stop fucking animals, and then with help these diseases may subside. This help can only be applied once you gain the gist to also help yourselves. Otherwise, whats the point? Stop fucking untill you form a basis of exchange or at least a degree of self sustainance in your own community.
