"Now You're Not Here (Desolate Shores)" is the sixth track from "The Big Elsewhere" maxi-single by Swing Out Sister featuring eight versions of "Now You're Not Here". Corring Drewery lead vocals and Andrew Connell on keyboards as usual. Toshi Araki and Mashiro Sugasaka are on trumpets with Yoichi Murata offering up both trombone and bass trombone. Tenor and baritone sax are courtesy of Takuo Yamamoto and Osamu Kioke with Hideya Takauwa on flute. Backing vocals provided by Melody Sexton and Leon Daniels. Masayoshi Furukawa lends skills on guitars and Masaharu Ishikawa on drums. Produced and engineered by Paul Staveley O'Duffy, horn arrangements by Yoichi Murata.
