@ohmmeters it was near a fault line but was not build on it. The reactor was made to stand up to 7.0 i BELIEVE and you can not predict a major earth quake.

Yes, Japan needs money to rebuild because they are not one of the worlds richest nation on this planet.
Lets also send the some depleted uranium as they seem to lack that too, or at least they have a "natural way" of not getting affected from high leveles regarding theyr governement.
Also it's a very good idea to build nuke plants on the fault line...and Japanese governments understand that and plan to build more reactors there.
