  • Perhaps this is considered good housing in Haiti, but they look like expensive tar-paper shacks to me. Shacks are better than tents? Is that the logic? Not sure I approve of this. What about an infrastructure for  drainage or don't they install plumbing? Electricity? Heating? Looks like they're building fisherman shacks for temporary housing not long term residences? I don't understand it.
