A senior official at the World Health Organisation has said that the recruitment of foreign healthcare workers by public and private employers in the UK is undermining efforts to fight disease in the developing world, and should be stopped.

Not only are these doctors and nurses from the third world betraying their home countries who could barely afford to train them in the first place, thus stifling those countries' development, they have also been depriving newly trained British doctors and Nurses of a job in Britain - the NHS (perhaps it should be renamed the INTERNATIONAL health servie??) has been betraying British workers by employing foreign doctors instead of them.
