I think you are wrong. Becouse Tbilisi, Yerevan and Baku aren't Europe. But they participate in the contest. And do it very well as Israel, I am sure. There is nothing terrible in it.

Eurovision is not about being part of Europe, all countries that are member of EBU can participate, Morocco has also particpated in the past.
