This soldier needs to get arrested, and to bring him to military court. What a shame to this soldier doing a kind on kids with water.. how low can you go? Clean Water is something on this world, for the soldier easy to get, maybe for the child is different!, look how long he is running, for a bottle of water. I consider this a crime against humanity, if it was another kind of product like dvd, candy etc. but this is about water/bread. Basic human rights common man, this child is not to blame!
