Consider morphing your solar box into a solar cooker. You could make the Coo-Kit model as this video shows, or make large collector panels, to work as concentrators and add them to your box.

You need to show the food!
The food is mostly shown in the other videos on my channel. I'm learning this video thing, so I'm truly sorry for the rough quality. Ahh, but the food. Sometimes it gets eaten before I remembr to record.

cooking time all depends on the strength of the sun. June is MUCH stronger than early Feb. Cut your cooking time by at least a third! The farther away from the equator matters as well. So does cooking mass.
