I feed spent grain to my chickens.

You could always grow mushrooms with it. My brother in law and I are starting up a couple of different mushroom growing businesses.

I recently made bread out of my spent grains... There are a lot of recipes online. Basically 1.5 to 3 cups of the bread is the spent grains, put about a half cup of sugar or brown sugar, water, yeast, salt and 4-5 cups flower, mix, rise, and then bake. My wife finally stopped complaining about my brewing as long as I keep baking bread. All grain mixes work. Some one at our home brew club did a stout bill another a Fat Tire clone bill.
