The combination of ethereal-floating singing that at the same time has a natural flow,is very rare,and I would tend to ascribe it to Lehmann(and Bach).Not an everyday experience.
Definitely mesmerizing.

Ca ne vaut pas la version Fritz Werner de 1958 avec Helmut Krebs également, et Fritz Lehmann a autrement réussi l'Oratorio de Noël en 1955-56.
