Hi Just read your post. Sounds very much like my hip pain. It has been stated that I have "loose hips". I was born with hip displacea (not sure about the spelling) which wasnot diganosed until much later. My son was born with this condition and I was told that it is a genetic thing. The pain in the glutes is the result of the muscles trying to stablise the hips. Haven't had much success with treatment.
This seems like a god exercise. I have a question:
I have pain in my hip. It starts in the front where the joint is but goes around to the glutes. Also, the joint clicks when I do leg lifts. Any advice on what would work best for this.I have been trying to stretch, but no real relief seems to come of it. As a martial artist, this pain is very frustration! Please help a little if you can and thanks!
Thank you..
