Fletching an arrow with 3 feathers is somewhat difficult for the beginner prehistoric archer. The feathers end up irregularly spaced around the shaft...

Real prehistoric archers may have used only their eyes and their skills to do the job properly.

Nevertheless, since the most remote prehistory, the mathematical / geometrical solution is contained in every bunch of 7 arrow shafts (shafts with same diameter ...).

Here, I used a bunch of 19 arrow shafts, hoping to improve the precision a prehistoric tool (a drawing on a rock) for spacing evenly 3 feathers around a shaft.
