    Unfortunately, there are a lot of glitches and issues that are never dealt with. Posting to the forum is useless, nothing gets done. Examples: If you put descriptions for your products, they won't show on your quotes, so your sales team will have to cut and paste each single time they make a quote. It has been reported over a year ago on the forums, and as it seems, nobody from Zoho seems to care to respond. There are a lot of similar problems never fixed: go check their forum you'll see plenty
