@intrepidxxx I'm sure the ones who want to sell their drugs and chemicals don't want this taught in schools, now do they. As a matter of fact they want to criminalize natural remedies completely so you can only buy their man-made crap.
And yes She sure has a very pleasing voice.

interesting video, I've always harvested these wearing a thin pair of disposable gloves, grasping the plants with a pair of hotdog tongs, and cutting them with siccors. Take only the tips of plants, or plants 12 inches tall or less. Drying or cooking in boiling water destroys the stinging hairs. btw, the active compound in the hairs is the same as that in a bee's stinger........

There's a patch of nettles under the bleachers at my school and my friend tried eating one. It didn't turn out so well.

This is a great video for nibbling, but wear gloves for a harvesting session. Appreciate the tip...tips. :) Wild briar are fun too.
