The last one is fake. Notice that the rescued white van is in the background when the crane starts to lift the original crane. After the 'accident' it's suddenly gone! Also there's a dark van which is behind the first crane and then has been moved along the pier, to allow the white van to be pit on the dock. This dark van is the suddenly in its original position on the dock! Also the white dinghy by the fishing boat re-appears for the last picture.

its not fake - if you look closely at the registration plate of the trucks you can clearly see they are Irish.

last picture is photoshopped...
1. its way less sharp than the rest of pics possibly to cover imperfecions after retouching
2. on the rest of the pics its quite dark and cloudy but on the last one the suns shining a lot more (the sky and its reflection on water is way lighter) which means at lest half an hour passed between 0:44 and 0:52 but lifting the smaller crane couldnt have taken this long
3. if that crane really fell it would have sort of rolled over its side and not fall rear first
