The making of marzipan in Mistretta, Sicily. It is just almond paste and sugar and sometimes a colorant, shaped by hand. In Mistretta, the "royal pastry" and the decorative stone reflect each other and provide mutual inspiration.

  • che tipo di macchina si usa per macinare le mandorle e lo zucchero insieme per farle diventare una pasta,ci sono altri ingredienti oltre allo zucchero e le mandorle?
