@yatt919 try one of those relaxation rituals. do them daily, sit in front of a whit candle and imagine it's light coming into you, get rid of all the bad thoughts etc. do some research and see some good ways to relax. trustme, it helps!

Its because there mindless, sorry to say most of them that go off half cock like that just yelling. There the ones that have been so drilled in there ways and so closed minded that they wont listen to anything else. i have delt with a few of them myself, but never give up never surender and know that we pull behind you always.
