The song is 'In the House in a Heartbeat' by John Murphy. @Kenzedd is right. It's the music from 28 days later. This is a different version from an episode of CSI Miami (Deep Freeze) using a guitar instead of the more recognizable piano version. I haven't found it on Youtube. But if someone does perhaps they could link it.
