Vol. 2 Koryo poomsae: Meaning a learned man. Keumgang poomsae: Meaning a mountain. Taebaek poomsae: Meaning a artisan. Pyongwon poomsae: Meaning one. Sipjin poomsae: Meaning ten. http://www.totalma.com
I dont get it I was taught that the mountain blocks had a high stomp like an axe kick as you turn into each one. Also this guy does not even look fierce he just just nonchalantly doing it and the slow parts there is no muscuklar tension or deep breathing. What is the benfit then?! Why does kukkiwon always change everything its never consistent!! Anti japanese?? Take out all the japanese like moves and breathing?
I understand this is a WTF form but would like to know what style of TKD he practiced (MooDukKwon, ChangMooKwon, etc.). The problem with the WTF is it still has not brought consistent standards to the Kwons, nor has it been consistent in its own forms (You can expect changes in these forms every couple years)........
I can take a student to 10 different schools and you will see 10 different forms. This is just one of the reasons why people are leaving TKD schools in droves.
this video is meant to be like a tutorial. to prepare people for their kukiwon black belt test. in case they wanna improve on their technique and find out what world tkd federation is looking for in their black belts.
Why u cant use full speed and force, and still try to keep "poomsae" up.. I hate that. Realy, there is no diffrent when someone waching poomsea competitors.

This new style is more dancing than fighting.
