  • squatting all the way to the floor is hard on some people knees...like mine...I was told not to squat like that. I used to when I played catcher in baseball and it messed up my knees.

  • The most important aspect of our training is to listen to your body :) This is just a suggested range and we understand that some folks will need to do a decreased range.

  • Squating makes your knees stronger , if you have an injury thats a different story.
