General Hospital - July 1998 - Alan's Drug Addiction Part 9

Part 9. Taggert asks Monica how many brain cells does Alan have left. Monica tries to deny that Alan has a problem but Taggert says he's seen it himself. Monica wants to know what Taggert wants from her. Alan pretends to fall asleep while Ned goes on and on and on about saving the family. Taggert wants Monica to do something for him or else he'll arrest Alan. Monica figures out that Taggert wants to use Monica to get to Jason but Taggert is after Justus. Ned continues to drone on. When he finally leaves, Alan gets up to meet his dealer. Taggert leaves Monica with the choice: betray Justus or have Alan thrown in jail. Taggert exchanges words with Justus on the docks. Alan gets his pills just as Monica walks in.
