Online Questionnaires have unique features which include filtering, routing and piping; progress indicators; radio buttons; check boxes; dropdown menus; free text input; slider bars and so on. CAMI poses greater challenges as text messages do not allow much creativity. With ARS questions will appear on a screen and the audience will be asked to vote using keypads. ARS is superior for fieldwork time, cost and control, however if ARS sampling is done badly results will mislead. For CAWI and CAMI response rates are similar. Netnography is a form of online ethnography where appropriate online communities must be identified.
