Deadlift Training Workout for 11/23/2011. Started off with deadlifts. Lifts were 455x1,495x1,545x1,590x1,645x1 (PR+10lbs) and 585x3 (PR+20lbs). Then wide grip romanian deadlifts. Lifts were 335x8,365x8,395x8 and 425x8 (PR+20lbs). Then seated cable rows. Lifts were 205x12,235x12,265x12 and 295x12 (PR+5lbs). Finally, cable pulldowns. Lifts were 150x12,180x12,210x12 and 240x7.

  • Deadlifts looked great! How heavy are your plates that you used for your romanians? The first set you showed looked to me like it was 225, but you said 335.

    Thanks Chris. The first plate on each side was a 100lbs and the other was 45lbs.
