Oh I do know London is the Capital of England. I do live there, and I know a London accent when I hear one. Lipman had an interview after one of the Bath games he played in and he had a strong New Zealand accent! Must have moved there then!

Lipman was born in London, now im no genius but im pretty sure thats the capital of ENGLAND.
Shaw was bron to English parents though, there is still a large british population in Kenya (and a lot of other african countires) stemming back from the days of the empire
