Rubbish! Thee most awkward way to cook this dish!

made this for dinner....tasted wonderful. Instead of roasting the potatoes I boiled them....the skin peel off very easily. And I used a mixer to whip the poatoes instead of doing it manually! I was feeling way too lazy.
