Thats kinda stupid thing to say...why are you watching tom waits vids on youtube then? Besides that I would have never discovered his music if not for youtube

Thanks for uploading this amazing footage of the brilliant Tom Waits. Ignore those people complaining about it...if it weren't for people like you doing this his fans would not get to see these gems.

You have to admit, for Tom to be sooooo talented and such a genius, that he is not egotistical, arogant and everything else that comes with this profession. Very refreshing to say the least. We are truly blessed to have him with us for the brief time we are dancing on this blue marble.

it is amazing for me, as a waits devotee, to actually feel like i'm in the car, enjoying the local scenery, with him. So thanx for posting this. But i still wish you kept it to yourself, instead of broadcasting on frickin' youtube, out of repect for Tom WAits.

I respect your view, but I felt that this is so rare and unseen (shot for a French TV show for French NATIONAL BROADCAST) that America, as well as any other nation outside of France, never have the opportunity to see this. I figured that since Waits was well aware of the interview and the fact that it would be broadcast on TV, that this wouldn't be a big deal.
It's not as if this is PRIVATE footage of his life. this was made public on TV, but only for people who got the program in France.

@Od1n90 It was uploaded a few years ago by me, and then after being up for a few months, a "copyright claim" happened and all the audio was removed, so rather than reuploading audio, I just deleted the whole video. Such a shame I know... :\
