Unless it has no back pressure(no tailpipe) it could run like a hotcammed motor but still be stock

I spoke to my friend who sold the engine and he said it is possible that it has a mild cam. It was stored for 7 years with other 350 engines, so he's not sure.

does it have open heads? because iv had a 79 chevy sidestep with no exhaust system just the heads and it sounds very similar to yours

It just has manifolds with straight pipes about 4 feet long.
