The new Club Dance in The Sims 3 Late Night.
Here's how:
Once you take the roll of becoming a celebrity, that's if you want to get into acting or rockstar or one of the new jobs you can get in the expansion, you'll get a call from your agent. They'll ask you to dance at a club for 3 hours straight, once you've completed this misson you will be then able to dance like this where ever you please by selecting "Dance...- Club Dance". You don't need to have the "Party Animal" trait.

You don't need the call from the agent! You can simply visit a dance club, even if you're not a celebrity (but they won't let you in easly this way), dance there on that dance carpet-scene-whatever it's called- thingy for like 2 or 3 hours and you'll get the club dance :)
