I used to be this sort of person too [except that I'm male] & I wish I'd started thinking along these lines when I was thirty, but here's a hint don't apologise unless you've actually done something wrong and remember you're bigger than most of them & the rules of nature do still apply. They'll have that inescapable fear that you're probably stronger than them due to your size

I think what makes someone a bitch is when they call another person names out of the blue, for no apparent reason. And they do it just to get their way. That's a bitch. Being straighforward, without malice, is not being a bitch. It's just being a strong person.

i used to be like that....naaa i still am ....i feel like my demon wants to come out and tell them straight up what i want to say ....but everytime i keep it inside i end up going to sleep peacefull and i wake up ....punching my bed..more of my pillow ....then im calm for most of the day....i found sumthing called isochronic tones..that change your brainwaves...ive been using them for 4 weeks and they work wonders..anyway take care

The truth is everyday of my life I am the one who has to be happy with me. Not other people. I really don't try to be an ass but I don't hold back. Unless it is something like gf asking if something makes her look fat or do I like her new haircut because she thinks it bad. I am very positive with gf because I dont her to feel bad and want her to feel beautiful all the time. But people not involved with my personal life they can fuck off for all I care. Even when you did the video you said it all so nice that it doesn't sound like a rant. I will admit I am an asshole. I am about as straight forward as anyone can get. My ex was had the exact same personality as you. She would always remind me to watch how I come across to people and watch what I say. Drove me nuts! I really dont give a fuck what others think about me. If I offend someone then to bad for them I feel fine haha 99 percent of the time I get what I want so seems to work just fine =P
