Our military must conduct these experiments to protect our safety. It is a matter of "national defense" against the "terrorists". Good questons below. Why is it that man has been ruled by psychopaths for the past 5,000 or so years? Psychopaths are attracted to positions of authority--schools, churches, banking, government etc.
