Nevermind. I should have finished Rule's book before I commented. Bundy's longtime girlfriend WAS named "Elizabeth". "Kendall" was a fictitious surname. Meg Anders was the fictitious name Ann Rule used; simultaneously presenting "Liz Kendall" as her authorial pseudonym. Trivial but confusing.

For future reference, when you conjugate "you" and "are," the result is "you're." Also, I "wrote" before completing my research (not "spoke").
