I originally learn this classic BB king song from the Buddy Guy LP,
A man and the blues (1967). John Wasdoff, Little Stephen Van Zant and

Bruce Springteen turn me on to Buddy Guy. When I was learning to

play my first guitar my grandfathers 1952 Gold Top Les Paul guitar. :- )

what amplifier and effect did u use to get that tone?

Hi Ladykiller245, I used a 1958 Fender Deluxe Amplifier I bought in 1971 for $15.00 it's still my main Amp. I Also used a Boss distortion box which broke soon after that gig. The Guitar was a 1969 Les Paul Deluxe with baby humbucker pick-ups. :-)

I have to here Etta James version, I love her voice, she a legend, classic blues to make you groove!
