Yes but the whole point is the west should not be looking for cheap labor population to get work done they should be encouraging countries like China and India to create their own jobs and stop leeching off the US like they are some country that likes to suck up to more developed countries.
If they really want to help their own country then they should do not sit there and rely on the US to provide work they need to provide their own work.

Your absolutely right about this cheap labor market thing that has plagued the west for a really long time now and it's gone on far enough, Bring jobs back to the west, other countries need to invest in them selves and need to create their own industries, They haven't made any personal progress in the last 20 years because they are too lazy to create their things.
