RE5 - How to Unlock All Characters in Versus Mode

I played the new Versus Mode for Resident Evil 5 today, and one of the questions that everyone had is "How do you unlock all the extra characters in Versus Mode?"

So this is just a quick video I threw together that shows where you find the option to purchase the other characters. By the way... this demo is for the Playstation 3.

Purchasing all the characters also unlocks a trophy called "Let's get this party started!"

For those of you who have asked about which character goes with which letter, I don't know for sure... but I assume that the letters are in the same order that the characters appear. Like this:

You have to beat each of the levels in Mercenaries with an A rating or better.

No, you have to buy Versus mode from the Playstation Store and download it. It's $5.

You get points from playing the game. I got those points mostly from playing Mercenaries, but most people will find it easier to play the story mode on easy. Keep passing levels with an S rating and you'll eventually have enough.
