  • Ya I eat when I'm bored. For lent, my friend gave up all junk food and unhealthy food. She said that now, she doesn't even crave junk food at all and only eats healthy. I wish I could do the same. How do you get to the point where you don't want unhealthy food at all?

  • I'd like to know if you have any tips on how to deal with, or have the power to overcome OVER-EATING. Its been a bad habit of mine for a long time. I try to work out 5-6 times a week but if I am feeling bad the first thing I do is eat, eat bad and eat a lot.
