Image Issue with XH-A1S

I have been shooting with xh-a1 first for several years, till I bought the newer model XH-A1S 2010. In recent events I have noticed this image issue. For a fraction of a second, the image gets distorted as if someone had pushed the camera to the side... but then again, that is physically impossible. There's literally a frame or two where you see the problem. I had to slow down the video so the issue is seen.
I called Canon, the first technician told, "Sir I understand your problem... give me a minute please" So, he took longer than expected and had to hang up to attend some clients. I called back and now this time, the second technicia had the audacity to tell me that it was motion blur!! Give me a break. I never had this issue with my first xh-a1. It happens at random... maybe 5 time is a three hours of footage.
I'm sending my camera to Canon.

I just sent my Canon xha1s in for the same issue. I sent a tape along with it so hopefully they will get it fixed.

Looks like a stabilizer bug...
