how to make a cheap iphone4/4s/ipod touch tripod mount

all u need is a nut and a bolt plus a styrofoam cup and ur done u can make a tripod mount for ur ipod touch 4g or iphone 4 to shoot video or capture fotos u can also make ur iphone or ipod stand just with the cup if u dont have a tripod and wanna take a steady picture or video its styrofoam so it does not scratch ur iphone or ipod in any way.
