Video of the St. Paul, Minn. crowd watching Obama's speech on the last night of primaries, the night he clinched the nomination. There were over 50,000 people in line, but only 18,000 seats; the rest had to watch a no-audio, captioned version on the jumbotron outside the Xcel Energy Center.
something real is happenning in this country. And American's need to be proud of this. I am a Life-Time Republican, now I am an ObamaCAN. I never thought I would, but I AM.

I showed up at 5:30 pm and actually thought I had chance of getting in. Although disappointed, it was encouraging to see the enthusiasm in such great numbers. Let's do this in November!

For the first time in my adult life, I am *really* proud of my country. That America would nominate a man as talented as Obama, who by the way is black, makes me extremely proud as an American, and makes me happy that the shame of the Bush years are quickly coming to an end. America, lets not blow this chance for positive, forward thinking, transformational change.
